Union Trust

Philadelphia, PA

Lauren + Matt

Lauren and Matt had a incredibly elegant Union Trust wedding last spring in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Union Trust is one of the most unique and impressive wedding venues in Philadelphia. Once a bank, it now, “offers an exceptional blend of the old, regal Philadelphia but infused with a new vibrant pulse.

Lauren and Matt are a kind, inviting couple and since the day I first met with them, I knew their day was going to special. They’d hired Danielle Pasternak, an amazing wedding coordinator serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania couples. Lauren’s cousin, Matt, was going to be creating their wedding film. I was excited to be their wedding photojournalist. It was wonderful team of professionals who were all a pleasure to work with.

Initially, rain threatened our plan to have an outdoor first look. However, shortly after Lauren put her wedding dress on, the clouds cleared. We had over an hour of daylight to capture the first look, bride and groom portraits, and bridal party portraits. Everyone was thankful the weather held out!

Lauren and Matt held a beautiful, intimate ceremony at Union Trust.  As they arrived, wedding guests were awestruck by the elegance and beauty of the venue. The ceremony was personal and ended with a joyful exit. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed a large variety of food and drink during an impressive cocktail hour. The evening ended in the main ballroom with food and dancing. On the dance floor, Lauren and Matt were surrounded by a loving circle or family and friends.

The day was more incredible than I imaged and was a joy to capture from start to finish. Thank you so much Matt and Lauren for letting me capture your wedding day for you!
