I’ve been in business for almost six years. When I made the decision to leave my career as a nurse and start my photography business, there were those who thought I was crazy to be leaving the comfort of a regular paycheck. But here I am nearly six years, two kids, and thousands of shutter accusations later, feeling so thankful that I made that choice. It’s been a lot of hard work and much learning but it’s been an exciting journey to be on. I will always be working towards becoming a better photographer and business owner, so I can better serve my clients.
More clearly than I’ve ever been able to articulate, I realize that what I hope to accomplish through my photography is telling real stories. Whether it’s the story of your wedding day, a child being born, or just an average day in your life, I want to capture it for my clients so they beautifully remember the small moments of love that make life meaningful.
